A Drop-Off Note allows you to send a message to a booth's Representatives outside of an event chat. If the booth allows Drop-Off Notes, you can leave a Drop-Off Note before or during the live event. You may want to send booth Representatives a message when you would like more information but do not have the time or ability to chat. They can then contact you outside of the event when they have time.
When you enter a booth with Drop-Off Notes enabled, you will see a prompt at the top of the People, Discussion, and Content tabs. Organizations have the ability to customize this prompt, so it may not always say Leave a Note. Click the prompt to open the popup window and send a message.
Enter your message and click Send. The booth's Representatives will receive your note and contact information, as well as your answers to the event registration questions.
