Integration Details

Supported Radancy Feature: Push Contacts
Required iCIMS Key Scope: Contact API
Obtain API Key Details: Contact your Phenom account manager

 

Connect Your Account

  1. Request you API username and API password through your Phenom Account Manager
  2. Then, from your Account Home in Radancy, select Settings, then Integrations.
  3. Click New, then under Vendor, select Phenom.
  4. Enter a Name for the integration, your API Username, and your API Password
  5. Once you click Save, we'll ask your system to verify the credentials you provided.

  6.  If the verification is successful, you can choose the new integration you created under Push Contacts.
  7. Then, click Test to send test data to your Phenom account to confirm the integration is working. Test data for Phenom includes the following: 
  • First Name: Radancy
  • Last Name: TestContact
  • Email: test+contact@radancy.com
  • Phone: +15555555555
  • City: Arlington
  • State: VA
  • Country: US
  • LinkedIn profile: https://help.linkedin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/85/~/promoting-your-public-profile

Signed Up: Users who signed up, but did not finish their registration form or pre-qualification question (if applicable)

Registered: Users who have signed up and completed their registration, pre-qualification question (if applicable), but have not attended the event

Attended: Users who attended the event
