Multifactor Authentication Overview

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides added security to the Radancy platform by requiring Account Admins to verify themselves by entering a unique code that has been emailed to them. MFA is only enabled for Accounts that request it.

MFA does not apply to Representatives, Webinars Hosts or Video Broadcast Presenters, Booth Owners and event Registrants.

For accounts with MFA enabled, Admins will be prompted to verify their accounts when logging in (either to Hiring Events Admin or events). They will receive an email with a six-digit code. They enter that code on the Please verify your account screen, click Submit, and they’re in!

Example MFA prompt:

Example 6-digit code email:

The code can be copied and pasted or manually entered directly into the MFA field.

This verification is good for all successive logins for the next seven days as long as they are made from the same browser. If a user logs in from a different browser and/or device, they will be required to complete the MFA process for that browser and/or device.

If you have any questions about MFA, please submit a request to Radancy Support for assistance.
