You can use the Candidate Engagement Hub (or CEH) to review upcoming event sign-ups and registrants, as well as follow up with past candidates. The CEH gathers all of your candidates and your interactions with them in one place, whether they came from a Hiring Event, QuickChat, or a Virtual Engagement Center (or VEC).
The CEH Candidates page lets you view candidates who have engaged with your organization. Here, you can schedule chats or meetings for an upcoming Hiring Event or invite registrants and sign-ups to your booth, ensuring you interact with the most promising candidates. After an event, QuickChat, or VEC chat, you can follow up with your candidates through email, schedule a conversation, or forward their candidate information to another person in your organization.

Select Your Organization
The Candidates page, All candidates, Event candidates, and My candidates only show candidates from one organization at a time. If your user account is linked to multiple organizations in Radancy, you can view candidate information from another organization by using the Select Account dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
The Select Account dropdown only appears if your user account is linked to multiple organizations. |
Connect Before the Event
Filter registered and signed-up candidates for an event
On the CEH Candidates page, click Event candidates to view all candidates who are signed up or registered for an upcoming event.
Here you can filter the candidates to those who have signed up or registered. We recommend reviewing and connecting with the most qualified candidates before the event to ensure you get a chance to chat with them.
In Event candidates, use the dropdown menu to select an upcoming event. This filters the results to show only candidates who have signed up or registered. Use Registration Question dropdown menus to filter candidates further by registration form answers.
Click a candidate's Name to open their profile and review the candidate's information. If the candidate uploaded a resume during the registration process, you can click the resume icon to view the resume within their Candidate Profile quickly.
Only resumes uploaded as an embedded document in an event appear in the Candidate Profile. Resumes uploaded through QuickChats or VEC Chats or as a regular uploaded file do not appear in the Resume column or Registrations tab. To review a resume from QuickChats or VEC Chats, locate and view details on your History page. |
Invite a candidate to your event booth
You must filter your results by a specific event to unlock the ability to invite candidates to your event booth. |
If enabled for your event, you can invite registered or signed-up candidates to your event from CEH.
When you find a candidate you would like to invite to your booth, click the Action menu next to their name, then click Invite to Booth.
In the popup window, you can select your booth and review the email before sending it. The candidate receives the same email invitation as they would if you sent the invitation from inside the event.
Schedule a chat or meeting in an event
You can invite candidates from CEH to speed up the process of sending a Scheduled Chat or Meeting invitation. You can invite any candidates who have connected with your organization to an event, QuickChat, or VEC Chat.
When you find a candidate you would like to make sure you chat with during the event, click the Action menu next to their name, then click Invite to Schedule a Chat.
In the popup window, use the dropdown menu to select your upcoming event.
To invite a candidate to schedule a chat, you must be registered for that event, and the event must have Scheduled Chat enabled. If you do not see your event in the dropdown menu, ask your Booth Owner or Radancy Administrator about enabling Scheduled Chat. If you cannot select Invite to Schedule a Chat, check that you completed your event registration. |
The Scheduled tab allows you to manage the availability of your scheduled chats or meetings during the event.
The Invitation tab lets you review the email before sending it. If you have been granted permission to edit the email template by your Booth Owner or Radancy Administrator, the popup window includes a third tab: Email Template. Here, you can edit the email just as you would in the event platform.
If your candidate has not already registered or signed up for the event, you may wish to include contextual information about why you invite them to the event in the email.
For in-person events, make sure to include information on where they will meet the Representative at the event site.
The candidate receives an email inviting them to select a time slot during the event to schedule a chat. If the candidate has not yet registered or signed up for the event, they must do so before they are prompted to pick a time slot.
After sending the invitation, you can click the candidate's name on the Candidates page to open the candidate's profile and manage the scheduled chat or meeting.
In the Engagements section, you can see the status of the scheduled chat invitation. Here, you can cancel or reschedule the scheduled chat if necessary.
Follow Up With a Candidate
On the CEH Candidates page, click My candidates to display only candidates you have connected with in an event, QuickChat, or VEC chat. Here you can filter candidates by where you interacted with them or by their registration form answers.
Your Radancy Administrator manages access to the Event candidates tab. Please contact them for additional assistance if you need to view this tab. |
Click a candidate's name to open their profile and review their information. If the candidate uploaded a resume during the registration process, click the resume icon to view their resume in their Candidate Profile quickly.
Email a candidate
When you find a candidate you would like to email, click the Action menu next to their name, then click Send Email.
Use the popup window to compose and send your email to the candidate using the rich text editor. If needed, click Send Test and enter any email address (or send to several email addresses by adding commas between them), or you can send a copy of the email to yourself for record keeping.
Click the Send button to send the email to the candidate.
Schedule a follow-up
Scheduling a follow-up uses your personal public calendar, like Calendly, to arrange an interview outside of a Hiring Event and move the candidate past the applicant filtering process.
When you find a candidate you would like to follow up with, click the Action menu next to their name, then click Schedule.
Paste in the Calendar URL to your public calendar so the candidate can access your schedule. Review the message template and make any necessary changes, then click Next.
Review the email. If needed, click Send Test and enter any email address (or send to several email addresses by adding commas between them), edit followup settings, or send a copy of the email to yourself for record keeping.
Then, click the Send button to send the email to the candidate.
Forward candidate information
You can easily forward a candidate's information to anyone else in your organization. Forward a candidate to the hiring manager to move them through the interview process or to another recruiter if they may be a better fit for a different role or department.
When you find a candidate you would like to forward, click the Action menu next to their name, then click Forward.
Enter one or more email addresses you would like to send the candidate information. Compose the email, and if needed, send a test email or send a copy to yourself. Then, click Send.
