Filter Candidates in CEH

You can use the Candidate Engagement Hub (or CEH) to review upcoming event sign-ups and registrants, as well as follow up with past candidates. The CEH gathers all of your candidates and interactions with them in one place, whether they came from a Hiring Event, QuickChat, or a Virtual Engagement Center (or VEC).

The CEH Candidates page allows you to view candidates who have engaged with your organization. You can filter them by the event, QuickChat, or VEC they interacted with, their answers to Registration Questions, the number of times they engaged with your organization (Engagements), their Most Recent Rating, or whether they uploaded a Resume during the event registration process. You can also search for candidates by Name or Email Address.

At any point, you can download a CSV file of all of your or your organization's candidates.

Select Your Organization

The
Candidates page, All candidates, Event candidates, and My candidates only show candidates from one organization at a time. If your user account is linked to multiple organizations in Radancy, you can view candidate information from another organization by using the Select Account dropdown menu in the upper right corner.

Filter by Events or VECs

You can filter the candidates table by the event, VEC or QuickChat they interacted with, whether in My candidates, Event candidates or All candidates.

Click the Filter dropdown menu, then select the desired event or VEC.

My candidates displays a list of candidates you interacted with in the past. Here, you can only filter by past events, QuickChats, or VECs in the Filter dropdown menu. To view candidates signed up or registered for upcoming events or those who have interacted with another Representative in your organization's QuickChats or VECs, you must go to All candidates.

Filter by Registration Questions

After filtering candidates to show only those who have registered for a specific event, you can filter even further by how the candidates answered a question in the event's registration form. This could be helpful when looking for a candidate with a necessary certification or one that lives in a specific city, for example.

Select the question from the first dropdown menu in Registration Questions. Then, select the desired answer from the second dropdown menu and click Apply.

Filter by Registration and Attendance Status

Once you've filtered candidates to a selected event, the Registration and Attendance Status dropdown will appear. You can then choose from the options Attended, Did Not Attend, Registered (All), Registered (Did Not Attend), and Signed Up Only.

exclamation-circle-45px.png If no registration data is available for the selected event, the Registration and Attendance Status and Registration Questions filters will not be shown. This occurs if no candidates have signed up for the event or if a Radancy Administrator added or removed registration questions for an existing event that already has signed up or registered candidates.

Filter by Engagements

You can sort and filter the candidates table by their engagements - either by the number of times they have engaged with your organization or by the method they connected with you.

The number in the Engagement column shows how many touchpoints the candidate has reached. For example, a candidate would have six (6) engagement touchpoints if they chatted in a VEC booth, signed up for an event, completed registration, entered the event, visited a booth, and completed a scheduled chat.

Click Engagements to sort the table by the highest and lowest touchpoints quickly. The higher the Engagement number, the more interested the candidate is in your organization. We recommend connecting and following up with these candidates promptly to create a great candidate experience and move them through the hiring process.

You can also filter the table by the method the candidate engaged with you. Click the Engagements pyramid icon to open the filter menu. Then, select one of the options below, then click OK.

  • Any Event — Only candidates that have participated in an event.
  • QuickChat — Only candidates that have used QuickChat to connect.
  • Any VEC — Only candidates that have chatted in a VEC booth.
  • Select One — A dropdown menu containing specific VECs and events. Select the VEC or event you wish to view.

Filter by the Most Recent Rating

If you are looking for candidates with a specific rating or next step in the hiring process, you can use the Most Recent Rating filter.

Click the Most Recent Rating pyramid icon to open the filter menu. Select an option below, then click OK

  • Any — The candidate has received a rating in a past interaction.
  • None — The candidate has not yet received a rating. For example, they have signed up or registered for an event but have not connected with a representative.
  • Rating dropdown menu — A dropdown menu containing the specific Next Step options and Star Rating. You can select one or more from this menu.

Only resumes uploaded as an embedded document in an event appear in the Candidate Profile. Resumes uploaded through QuickChats or VEC Chats or as a regular uploaded file do not appear in the Resume column or Registrations tab.

You can quickly access a Candidate Profile resume by clicking the Resume icon in the table in All candidates, Event candidates, or My candidates. To access resumes uploaded in a VEC Chat or QuickChat, you must go to your History page and view the details of your chat.

Search by Candidate Name

Click the Candidate Name pyramid icon to open the filter menu. Enter their first or last name in the field, then click OK.

Search by Candidate Email Address

Click the Candidate Email pyramid icon to open the filter menu. Enter any part of their email address, then click OK

Download Candidate Information

You can download a CSV file of your candidate information. CSV files are plain text files that use commas to separate the data. This allows you to easily open them in software that stores data tables (i.e., Excel).

To open your candidate CSV file in Excel:

  1. Open a new, blank workbook in Excel.
  2. Click File, then Import.
  3. Select CSV File, then click Import to open the Finder popup.
  4. Locate the CSV file in the Finder popup, then click Get Data.
  5. Select Delimited, then click Next.
  6. Select General, then click Finish.
  7. Choose whether to put the data in the existing sheet or a new sheet, then click OK. The data loads in the selected sheet.
