With this release, we're implementing mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all account admins. MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring two or more forms of verification before granting access.
Enhanced Search Functionality in Scheduled Chat
In this release we are adding a significant improvement in our Scheduled Chat section: the ability to search registrants by first and last name.
